Lead Pastor - Ron Ray

My wife, Elaine, and I have been serving at COAL since September 28, 1998. Our journey to New England began in Lakeland, FL. at South Eastern College of the Assemblies of God, now known as Southeastern University. We met at school, fell in love, and on July 29,1978, I married my best friend Elaine. We have been blessed with three married children and eight grandchildren: Our daughter Elizabeth her husband David Strysko and their children Davidson, Alexander, Lily-James and Hadassah. Our son Zachary his wife Amanda Ray and their two sons, Kaden and Landon. They also have a daughter, Chloe, who was still born and is buried in India. Our son Ethan and his wife Emma Ray with their son Roman and daughter Ruby. I served as youth pastor in Dunn, NC for 4 years and as youth/young adult pastor for 14 years in S. Attleboro, MA. My wife, Elaine, has taught Kindergarten for 27 years and has served in Children’s Ministry, Choir Director, and on the Worship Team during our ministry years. The amazing love of God has transformed our lives and it’s our desire to share HIS love with others. One of my favorite Bible verses is 1 Timothy 1: 5 5  The aim of our charge is love that issues from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith. Love of God, Love of People, and Love of Life is the road we are on.
